Our staff understands how crucial ensuring accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality of the testing process is to the client as well as the credibility of Surety DNA. Through comprehensive training we ensure our DNA collectors can perform their duties efficiently, ethically, and in compliance with legal standards.
1. DNA Collectors
Are trained on the legal aspects of DNA collection, including consent, privacy laws and ethical considerations, which include respecting the rights and dignity of our clients from whom samples are collected.
Are experienced in handling and processing biological samples with precision to avoid contamination or mix-ups.
2. Regulatory Knowledge:
Our staff is familiar with the regulatory requirements and accreditation standards set by the AABB (American Association of Blood Banks)
3. Legal and Compliance Experts
Staff is knowledgeable in legal issues related to paternity testing, including consent, privacy laws, and the admissibility of test results in court. However we are not qualified to give legal advice in any capacity.
Surety DNA’s practices comply with local, national, and international regulations regarding genetic testing and data privacy.
4. Customer Service Representatives
We aim to provide excellent communication skills to explain the testing process, answer questions, and provide support to clients in a clear and empathetic manner.
All employees are trained in handling sensitive information discreetly and maintaining client confidentiality at all times.
